From sign-up to your first online order

  1. Sign up with your phone number

    Open NunuaPro Business (the Android app, or business.nunuapro.app in any browser), enter your phone number and the SMS code, then add your name and a password.

  2. Add your shop and get verified

    Add your shop details, or claim it if it is already listed. Nunua Pro confirms your shop, so customers can order from you.

  3. Add your products

    Pick items from the catalog or add your own, with photos, prices and stock.

  4. Switch on your storefront

    Set your hours and delivery rules, turn the storefront on, and share your link and QR code.

  5. Take orders

    You are alerted to every new order. Confirm, prepare, dispatch and get paid.

Right now every shop owner is on the free early-access plan, which includes all features for any number of businesses. Plans may be introduced later; the owner sees their plan under Account → Plan, and your products, existing orders and money are never locked away.

What is NunuaPro Business?
NunuaPro Business is the app for shop owners and staff to run an online shop on Nunua Pro: storefront, product catalog, orders, couriers, promotions, team access and payouts. It is available for Android, as a web app at business.nunuapro.app that works on phones, tablets and desktops, and in English and Swahili.
Is it free for shops?
Yes, to start. Currently every owner is on the free early-access plan with all features, for any number of businesses. Any Nunua Pro commission is calculated on the delivery fee rather than your product sales.
How do customers find my shop?
Through Featured shops in the Nunua Pro app (shops near the customer), through your own link and QR code, through search, and through your shop and product pages on the web, which Google can index. Ratings, reliability, distance and promotions help decide who is Featured, and you can pay for sponsored placement.
Can customers collect orders at my shop?
Yes. Turn on "In-store pickup" in Storefront settings and add instructions for the counter and your usual preparation time. Customers then order ahead and say when they will arrive; the orders appear in Sales marked Pickup, with the arrival time, soonest first. Mark it ready when it is packed, and hand it over when they show their 4-digit code. There is no courier and no delivery fee. Paying at the shop is off by default and only open to returning customers when you switch it on.
Who delivers my orders?
Your own couriers. You invite people to deliver for your shop with a link, assign each order to a courier, and both you and the customer can follow the delivery on the map. You can also send parcels to customers in other regions by bus or courier.
How do I get paid?
Customers pay by mobile money, cash on delivery (if you accept cash) or their NP Balance. Your earnings are paid out by mobile money to your verified payout number, batched daily, and you can follow every transaction in the Money screen.
Can my staff use it with limited access?
Yes. Add staff by phone number and give them a role: Manager, Stock, Sales, Viewer, or a custom role you create. Money, payouts, recruiting couriers and managing staff stay with the owner.
Can customers ask my shop questions?
Yes. Questions about your products and shop arrive in Sales → Questions, and everyone who can see orders is notified. You answer and choose whether the answer is shown publicly on the product page (the asker stays anonymous) or stays private.
Can I run discounts?
Yes. Put products on sale, offer "buy X pay Y" or "X for a set price", or give free delivery over an amount, with optional dates. Your shop pays for the discount and it is applied automatically.
Does it work in Swahili?
Yes. The app, the web storefront and the customer notifications are available in Swahili and English.
How do I register my shop?
Open NunuaPro Business (the Android app, or business.nunuapro.app in any browser), enter your phone number and the SMS code, then add your name, password and shop details. Nunua Pro verifies your shop before customers can order from it.
