# Nunua Pro

> Nunua Pro is a shopping and delivery platform in Tanzania. Customers can send a verified local buyer to shop for them, order straight from local shops that run an online storefront, and ask shops questions before they buy. Shops run their business (storefront, catalog, orders, couriers, promotions, staff, payouts) with the NunuaPro Business app. Available in English and Swahili. A product of Ajiriwa Network. ## What you can do

- **Send a buyer to shop for you.** Write your shopping list and set a budget. Verified local buyers nearby bid to do it, you pick one, and you watch them shop and travel to you on a live map. Any price change is sent to you to approve before the buyer pays.
- **Order straight from a local shop.** Browse shops near you (up to about 20 km), with photos, sizes, colours, prices and deals. Fill a cart, send the order, and the shop confirms what it has and the delivery fee. The shop sends its own courier, and you follow the delivery on the map.
- **Ask the shop before you buy.** Not sure about the size, whether it is original, or whether the shop delivers to your area? Tap "Ask the shop" on any product, or on the shop itself, in the app or on the web. The shop answers and you are notified, by push notification or by SMS if you use the website.

## For shop owners (NunuaPro Business)

NunuaPro Business is the app for shop owners and their staff in Tanzania. Build your storefront, list your products, take orders from customers near you, send your own couriers, run promotions and get paid by mobile money. It works in English and Swahili, on a phone, a tablet and in a web browser.

- **Your online storefront.** A page for your shop that customers can browse in the Nunua Pro app and on the web. Logo, cover photo, opening hours and delivery rules; Your own link (nunuapro.app/s/your-shop) and a printable QR poster for your counter; Crawlable web pages for your shop and every product, so people find you on Google; Optional sponsored placement at the top of Featured shops.
- **A product catalog that is fast to fill.** List what you sell in minutes, with the details customers look for. Pick from the shared catalog (generic, brand, exact item) or add your own products; Photos with automatic background clean-up, and 360° views you record with your phone; Sizes, colours and other options, each with its own price, stock and picture; Out-of-stock switch and a fast reprice mode with an on-screen price keypad on tablets.
- **Orders, from "new" to "delivered".** Customers' orders land in Sales with an alert. Confirm what you have, set the delivery fee, and move the order along. Mark items unavailable and tell the customer exactly what changed; Prepare, assign a courier, dispatch, and mark delivered; or send parcels to other regions by bus or courier; Offer in-store pickup: customers order ahead and tell you when they will arrive, so you pack the next one first, and hand over against a 4-digit code; Printable packing slips, keyboard shortcuts, and a three-pane desktop view with the chat beside the order; The whole team sees who did what on every order.
- **Talk to customers, build trust.** Answer before the sale, support after it, and earn the reviews that lift your shop. Answer customers' product and shop questions, and choose per answer whether it shows on the product page; Chat with the customer on every order, and defend yourself in a dispute with your side of the story; Reply to reviews. Ratings and fulfilment reliability help decide which shops are Featured.
- **Your own delivery team.** Invite people you trust to deliver for your shop, or use couriers you already work with. Recruit couriers with an invite link; partner shops' recruits are approved faster; See where each courier is, assign several orders at once, and let the app plan the stops; Delivery fees from the real road distance, with simple or advanced rules and suggested defaults; Live courier tracking for you and for the customer.
- **Promotions that apply by themselves.** Put products on sale, offer "buy X pay Y" or "X for a set price", or give free delivery over an amount, with optional start and end dates. Customers see the deal and it is applied at checkout.
- **Money you can follow.** Every sale, fee and payout in one ledger. Payouts are sent by mobile money to your verified payout number, batched daily; Any Nunua Pro commission is based on the delivery fee, not on what you sell; See your balance, what is held, and a clear history.
- **Your team, with the right access.** Add staff with their own phone numbers and give each the access they need. Ready-made roles (Manager, Stock, Sales, Viewer) or roles you create yourself; Money, payouts, recruiting couriers and managing staff stay with the owner; One owner account can run several businesses.

## New in October 2026

- **Order ahead, pick up in store.** Order from a shop on your way and collect it when you arrive, with no delivery fee. Say when you will be there, the shop has it ready, and you show a 4-digit code at the counter. Pay in the app, or at the shop where it is allowed.
- **Local shop storefronts.** Shops now have their own storefront on Nunua Pro. Customers browse Featured shops, order, pay and track the delivery, in the app or on the web.
- **Ask a shop a question.** Questions and answers on every product and shop page. Shops choose whether to share an answer publicly.
- **The NunuaPro Business app.** A new app for shop owners and their staff: manage the product catalog, run online orders, dispatch couriers, run promotions, reply to reviews and follow the money. It runs on phones, tablets and in a web browser.
- **Delivery priced by road distance.** Each shop sets its own delivery rule (free within some kilometres, then a base fee plus a fee per kilometre). You see the exact fee for your address before you order.
- **Shop promotions.** Shops run sales, "buy X pay Y" deals and free delivery over an amount, applied automatically at checkout.
- **Ratings and reviews for shops.** Customers rate every shop order. Shops reply, and ratings and reliability help decide which shops are Featured.
- **NP Balance wallet.** Refunds go to your NP Balance by default, and you can spend it on orders in full or in part.
- **A shared product catalog.** Products are organised from generic to brand to exact item, with photos, sizes and 360° views, so shops list faster and customers find the right item.
- **Safer, smarter ordering.** An 18+ confirmation for alcohol, live order notifications on your lock screen, and 48-hour disputes on shop orders with refunds to your NP Balance.

## Key facts

- Where: Tanzania, most buyers and shops in Dar es Salaam, growing by neighbourhood.
- Payments: mobile money (M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money), cash on delivery where accepted, and the NP Balance wallet (refunds go there; it can pay orders in full or in part).
