These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Nunua Pro, a mobile application and platform owned and operated by Ajiriwa Network (www.ajiriwa.net) (collectively referred to as "we", "us", or "Ajiriwa Network").
By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
Nunua Pro is a marketplace platform that connects Customers (individuals who need goods purchased and delivered) with Buyers (independent service providers who shop for and deliver those goods). Ajiriwa Network facilitates this connection but is not a party to any transaction between Customers and Buyers.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@ajiriwa.net of any unauthorised use of your account. Ajiriwa Network is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.
If you register as a Buyer on Nunua Pro, you agree to:
Buyers acknowledge that they are independent contractors and are solely responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and compliance with applicable labour and commercial laws.
If you register as a Customer on Nunua Pro, you agree to:
Nunua Pro charges a service fee on completed orders. The applicable fee structure is displayed within the application and may be updated from time to time with prior notice.
Ajiriwa Network is not responsible for disputes arising from cash transactions conducted outside the platform.
You may not use the Service to:
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
Customers may rate and review Buyers following the completion of an order. Ratings must be honest and based on actual experience. We reserve the right to remove ratings that violate our policies. A Buyer's rating affects their visibility and standing on the platform.
If a dispute arises between a Customer and a Buyer, either party may report it through the app. Ajiriwa Network may, at its sole discretion, investigate and mediate disputes, but is not obligated to do so and does not guarantee any particular outcome. Decisions made by Ajiriwa Network regarding disputes are final.
All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with Nunua Pro are the property of Ajiriwa Network or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Ajiriwa Network does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ajiriwa Network and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Ajiriwa Network in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ajiriwa Network and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Ajiriwa Network may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tanzania.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through an in-app notification or email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
