Can I order straight from a local shop?

Yes. Browse shops near you (up to about 20 km) in the app, or on the web at nunuapro.app/shops, with their photos, sizes, colours, prices and deals. Add products to your cart; the shop confirms what it has and the delivery fee, prepares your order and sends its own courier, and you follow the delivery on the map. Delivery is priced by road distance and shown before you order.

Can I order ahead and pick up at the shop?

Yes. At shops that offer in-store pickup, choose "I'll collect it" at checkout and say roughly when you will arrive. The shop confirms and prepares your order, tells you when it is ready, and you show a 4-digit code at the counter, with no delivery fee. Pay in the app, or at the shop where it is allowed.

Can I order from a shop without the app?

Yes. Every shop has a web page (nunuapro.app/s/shop-name) with its products. Check out with your phone number and an SMS code, then follow the order on a web page; updates come by SMS.

Can I ask a shop a question before I buy?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Tap "Ask the shop" on any product or shop page, in the app or on the web (for example "Do you have size 42?"). The shop answers and you are notified. The shop can show helpful answers on the product page for other customers, without your name; otherwise only you see the answer.

I own a shop. How can I sell on Nunua Pro?

Use the NunuaPro Business app (Android, and in a browser at business.nunuapro.app) to build your online storefront and product catalog, take and manage orders, send your own couriers, run promotions, give staff limited access, and get paid by mobile money. How much does Nunua Pro cost?

The app is free to download and free to place an order. You only pay the cost of your items plus the buyer’s service fee per completed order (typically TZS 2,000–6,000 depending on size and distance), or, when you order from a shop, the shop’s prices plus its delivery fee, shown before you confirm. No subscription, no hidden fees.

Pay whichever way suits you: mobile money via M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa or Airtel Money, cash on delivery (lipa kwa simu au pesa taslimu), or your NP Balance wallet, where refunds are paid. You approve any price changes before your buyer pays, so there are no surprises.
